These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the internal AI agent, referred to herein as the "n8n Integration", operated by The Hub LB ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). This AI agent is integrated within our internal automation system and used to support advertising data analysis.

By using systems or workflows that include the n8n Integration, you agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose and Scope

The n8n Integration is an internal tool designed to automate and assist in the analysis of data generated by user interactions with our marketing and advertising campaigns. It operates within n8n workflows and is not intended for public or end-user interaction.

2. Data Handling

  • The n8n Integration processes advertising-related data (e.g., clicks, impressions, conversion events) strictly for internal analysis.

  • The AI does not collect or process any personally identifiable information (PII).

  • All data is handled in accordance with our internal data protection and operational security policies.

The n8n Integration relies on OpenAI’s API services to perform natural language processing and data analysis.

  • The Company will not be liable for decisions, losses, or damages resulting from use of the AI’s output.

5. Security and Access

  • Access to the n8n Integration is strictly limited to authorized internal users.

  • We maintain security protocols to ensure safe usage and prevent unauthorized access or misuse of API keys and data.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Material changes will be communicated to internal users via official channels.
